Pinguicla doesn't need any treatment. If there is some associated problem or Pinguicla is inflammed then consult an ophthalmologist nearby and take treatment as per advice.

If it's actually Pinguecula you are taking about then it won't decrease by Hot Compress. Use UV protective glasses in Sun, do not rub the eyes, maintain proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers and start with Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day for both eyes.
Health Tips
If the eye is having any issues like redness, itching, irritation etc then better to opt for online consultation or in clinic check up.

You need not do anything. Hot compress will not help. It will stay like that only. Sometimes over a period of time it might develop into pterygium. In that case it needs to be removed surgically. You can instill artificial tears eye drops like Refresh liquigel. Use dark glasses when you move out in Sun.
Next Steps
Are you sure it is pingecula? Have you consulted someone?
