Pineal gland cyst
9mm pineal cyst found on brain scan checking for b12 deficiency damage. Feeling off balance and lightheaded but this was assumed to be b12...is this potentially the cyst? Should I be worried about it?

Cysts of pineal gland are usually incidental findings. Most of the times they don't give rise to any symptoms of problems. Your feeling off balance and light headed may not be related to the cyst. The cyst needs treatment only if it is obstructing the brain fluid pathways or causing any abnormal excessive collection of brain fluid (hydrocephalus).
