  4. Pinching pain left side chest. Normal.

Pinching pain left side chest
Hi have been feeling pinching pain on left side chest. Please suggest what could be the reason. Do I need to get some tests done. I have been facing this since 2021. Few days back I got trop-I, d-dimer done results were normal.
