My son is 2yrs 9month old, today I saw pin worm in his anus area , some symptoms itchiness and restlessnes in sleep, kindly suggest some medicine ...thnx..

Treatment is little tricky. Problem of reinfection by itching anus, same fingers put in mouth leading to reinfection..Cut the nails and always short. To wear Tight under ware so that your child hand can not reach anus. Hygiene. Drugs like albendazole 400mg Hs only1 dose . You may reat 2more doses.

Are you sure it is a pinworm ? Please get stool routine done to confirm. Give bandy 10 ml single dose today night and repeat 10ml after 2 weeks. If pinworm is confirmed, we can give other specific therapy if bandy does not work

Greetings, give Albendazole (400mg/10ml,) 0-0-10mlonly for tomorrow night repeat the dose after 2week.
