Pimples with white discharge under penis
Hi,
I have several pimples under penis with a white discharge when squeezing.It started with few,now reached almost to the tip.
It causes kind of itching some times.and makes me to squeeze it.
Those pimples have a black dots on it.
I was keeping this ,almost more than year,but it is not going away itself.
Is this kind of symptoms for any major diseases?
Should it go away itself?
Any advice

It's hidradenitis suppurativa causing pus discharge..it will improve with medicine.. for accurate diagnosis and treatment do direct online consultation with photos

By your description they seem to be Steatocytoma multiplex or Hidraadenitis suppuritiva
It needs medical attention for sure and do not go away by itself
