Pimples with pus
Hello, Pimples with pus on my scrotum (attached image)and stickiness in perineum area(buttocks).i have not found any type of discharge . I applied antibacterial cream on pimples but nothing changed .Could you please suggest me what to do and to whom i need to consult general physician or dermatologist? Thanks in advance
