I am started getting pimples recently in my face n body, do I need to go for blood checkup ? These pimples pain lot, after removing these pimples dark spot will be in my face,

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Please do not burst these lesions because of the bursting, it heals by leaving a mark.
Is your whole body affected or only some parts of your body?
I suggest you take bath with a soap called perobar twice a day, apply good moisturiser and then consult a dermatologist in person for further help regarding this case as once we see it, we will able to treat it better.
