Pimples problems
I have red pimples on my face. Every pimple leaves their marks. How to remove marks and pimples from my face. And i have a dull face.

You'll need anti acne oral and topical medication. Also a salicylic acid based face wash. For scars, you'll need microneedling or fractional laser and some scar modulating creams. Microneedling with PRP treatment, not commonly available, but I have seen remarkable results with the same in my patients. Depending on type of scars, even subscision helps. So meet a dermatologist who does these procedures and he'll guide you further. Hope this helps. Take care.
