I have pimples problem from many years nd now m taking oosure m tablet for pcod..again pimples problem is increasing so should i take med or its effect of oosure m tablet..suggest me

You have to manage it holistically, have a four pronged approach, along with standard medicines, food according to body type and some herbs, along with routine medicine, Will help other two things are breath management and exercise, this should help counter stress and sleep cycle regularisation, which is utmost important in managing PCOD like conditions.
