I have a lot of pimples on my forehead and both sides of my cheeks,I've been using NILAC gel and DERMADEW ACNE soap from a week but still,no difference so please tell me the best remedy ,doesn't matter if its ayurvedic or English medicine

Along with that include benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks wash it off after 2 hrs.  Take care of the dandruff .
