Pimples or fordyce spots
I have some pimples or Fordyce on my scrotum. There are 7 - 8 of them. Few of them are there since a long time and they are dead I guess. I want to just pinch them and remove it but it doesn't work. Please help me.

hey. if they are itching its suggestive of sexual transmitted infection, if there are not causing any problem to you then leave it
