I have around three to four pimples on my testis they are not paining but if I press them it will pain... They even itches lot

It could be infection if the hair follicles. Apply antibacterial cream twice daily for a week and take levocetrizine tab at bedtime for 5 days . If there is ni improvement meet a dermatologist.
