try to keep your face clean as in wash it with plain water as soon as you go out and come...
oily skin is more prone to pimples ...use a face wash which has salicylic acid for helping..always take off all the makeup before sleeping..never try to burst or pinch the pimple...try avoiding oily food..you can use clindamycin ointment for pustular pimples...kindly consult a dermatoligist as we can assess your skin type and start the treatment
