Pimples on face
Hi, I never got pimples in teen age, but 2 years ago, when i ws 22 pimples started to pop out on my face. But i didn't go for any medication, i just avoided junk food and use of cosmetics...this year the condition is better, but i get them suddenly all over my face esp. Forehead and around chin, sometimes on cheeks as well. They mostly appear esp. When my periods are near, and sometimes other days too..then they disappear on their own...i m fed up of this..please can u suggest me what i should do as the scars stay there esp. On forehead..my forehead is full of small white heads like thing too...i am bearing this from 3 years now...please help!

Hi.I can understand your state of mind.Acne is a recurrent problem which needs to be controlled.Certain mandatory investigations are required for us to rule out any hormonal imbalance leading to the same.Acne scars or pigmentation need to be dealt with separately.
