  4. Pimples on cheeks. Suggest something.

My 11 month old son discovered pimples on his cheeks since last 1 month (Photos attached) We have been using 'Atogla' and 'Aveeno' cream, 'Chicco body wash' and we are massaging with 'olive oil'. Please suggest something.
