Pimples on both my arms

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Doctor I am having several small pimples on both my arms since I was in class 6th n it was the time whn my periods started but now m grown n 23 but still these small pimples are visible on both sides of my arms, because of this I can not wear sleevless please help me out.
