At 9 months of pregnancy if you are having lesions which are causing itching in your entire body it can be due to a lot of reasons...
it can be chicken pox ,measles or it can be just obstetric cholestasis... nothing can be said without a clinical examination..
so kindly don't ignore it and go to your gynecologist
