Pimples on baby
My baby is 18days old , he is having pimples on his body.
First pimples started on face , now these are all over the body.
On face they are more compared to body.

This is a normal thing (erythema toxicum neonatorum) at this age..it is a transient lesions and will subside on its own..if large pustular lesions appear u may need to apply local antibiotics
