Why my face is full of pimples despite of drinking 3 litres of water, have fruits, avoid sun,slight exercise, also left drinking milk, no smoking or alcohol consumption?

Hi
You seem to be describing adult acne. This condition is lifestyle related and usually making the changes that you have described do improve the acne. However you may be having large oil glands which are excessively sensitive to your normal male hormones. I think it would be time to meet a dermatologist and try some oral medicines which permanently reduce the oil secretion
