I recently got pimples over my forehead and I consulted dermatologist to get it cured. But the treatment wasn't helpful instead it got increased. Please help with the solution

Acne n pimples are common in young people, because of hormonal changes.
In some of us troublesome, causing pain n often disfigurment.
Wash the face more frequently. But use mild soap, sparingly.
Avoid deep fried foods
Drink more fluids
If possible, do some exercise.
Keep your excretory system in good shape.
Avoid harsh creams.
