My food is based mostly on fruits,veggies(stir fried or soup), chapatti or once/twice rice per week,soaked nuts,juices,eggs,sometimes chicken.
I eat junk food,fried,pizza,burger,fries very rarely.also o exercise daily.My water intake is also ok.
But still i always have1-2 pimples on my face.One would go another one would bump out and leave mark too so i never have clear face.
I dont do makup and use nom comodgenic sunscreen and moisturiser.
Also i feel my skin itches.
Pls suggest where could the problem in my routine?
