Pimples and scars
Hi,
I am 25 years old man. I am facing pimples in face since puberty. Last year I had taken isotretinoin capsules and clindamycin gel on doctor's advice. It worked for around six months but it showed a lot of side effects like digestion problem, dry skin and dandruff in hairs and beard. After six months again the same condition. Similar pimples appear at neck and upper back too. Is there any permanent treatment for pimples and scars without side effects ?

There are different treatment options for acne, There can be recurrence post treatment. So you have to use something continuously for sometime and generally the will start coming down with age also. So it will be better you can directly consult a dermatologist and follow up regularly till u achieve good control and then maintain..
