Pimples and red spots on head scalp.
In my head scalp, there are several red spots kind of pimple which doesnt pain as such unless i press it or while do a combing. Kindly suggest the soltuing to get rid of it.

The condition ur having could b Seborrheic dermatitis. Its common, noncontagious, easy-to-manage skin condition. This type of dermatitis causes itchy red patches and can also be associated with pus boils over the scalp. Inflamed hair follicles on the scalp with lead to eventual hair loss.
