Pimples and left-over scars of pimples
Hi, i get pimples on my face a week or two before and after my cycle starts and they stay over another week. They leave over the scar that takes time to vanish. Please help me. It lowers down my confidence a lot. Also, i am currently using Kiehl's products.

You may be having some hormonal cause for acne. Need to do an entire hormone profile and ultrasound pelvis to check for pcos. Usually women with pcos get this increased acne before and after periods.
