How can I recognize why I having pimples problem . I tried all kind of medicine . and this pimples left lots of black spot how can I remove it

Various reasons for pimples are hormonal disturbances, high glycemic diet,excessive oily face,Dandruff in hair,protein supplements, etc.
Plz rule out all these causes.
Apply a kojic acid containing cream at bedtime everyday to reduce the marks
.
