Pimples all over the face
Mine is a oily face. I live in a hostel so i often eat fastfood outside. So now my face is full of pimples and I want to know about any cream or anti-biotics that can help to remove the pimples.

Acne occur in oily skin with the blockage of pores.
Use a salicylic acid containing facewash.Depending on the grade of acne you have we can start you on antibiotics.
Till then you can apply a clindamycin containing cream.
Keep away from high glycemic diet.
Stop applying any heavy products on face.
Plz see a dermatologist for proper prescription.
