Hi... I have some issues regarding skin. I am observing some pimple kind things appearing in my back right now it's very few but still there.Along with this some pimple and dark circle is there in my face also. I am taking Eltroxin 125mg for thyroid related issue... Is this the side effects of that or anything else? Thanks in advance... Bye... Good Night...

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't  apply oil on your head.
