Plz suggest me any antibiotic which can dry out pimples.. And i have the habit of picking of pimples... i can't consult to a dermatologist as i belongs to a small..

Pimples are of various types. Not all pimples require antibiotics. Taking antibiotics randomly is not a good idea. Incomplete course or inappropriate dosage can lead to antibiotic resistance and failure to cure in future. It would be advisable to show your pimples and get the most suitable treatment. Normally azithromycin , doxycycline, minocycline are antibiotics used in acne treatment. You can take online consultation also.
