Pimple on the lower eyelid
Pimple on the outer side of lower eyelid in left eye. This pimple has been there for around 6 months. It usually subsides in the morning and swells by the evening. There is no irritation in the eye, but the inner surface of the eyelid is reddish in colour. A photo of the same has been attached.

Hi..there is some kind of infection there , but I also see two pigmented spots as well, don't know if they have been there for a long time.
It would be a good idea to show to a doctor and get it removed and send for histopathology.
