  4. Pimple on face neck. Is dryness a issue?

Pimple on face neck
I am getting pimples on my face , neck i.e below ears and on head scalp also. All this started recently only . Previously i never had this problem. My skin is dry . So is dryness a issue ? I use tresseme shampoo and eat less oily food only. Can you help me with this. Thank you.
