Pimple on cheeks
Hello... From last few months I started to get pimples gradually on my both cheeks. Now some darks spot, pimple marks also there. Can anyone suggest how to get rid of pimple and get clean clear skin fast. I've sulpha drugs reactions.

Use salicylic acid based cleanser and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime. Apply sunscreens during daytime.
