Hi. Greetings on this lovely weekend. I saw your snap and frankly would let you know that creams alone cannot improve or cure scars. You'll definitely need procedures like microneedling or subscision or even laser but since your scars are not too bad u ll need fewer sessions and better improvement would be expected.. Sunban gel is a sunscreen you could use and cetaphil is a good moisturising cream. Hope this helps.
