Greetings. You possibly have trunkal acne or pityrosporum folliculitis. Both of these could be treated with certains creams/ tablets.However in some individuals this can be recurrent. See a qualified dermatologist near you for adequate diagnosis and treatment. Futher queries / pics of the lesion may be sent on follow up messaging. Warm Regards
