A pimple like structure inside the lower lid of the eye.on applying hot compress put side it got reduced.but found sumthing pale color bulge inside the lower lid

It is internal hordeolum. You must continue hot fomentation and apply ocupol-dx eye ointment over lid margin and massage it.mostly it will resolve.sometimes it doesn't then you may require to get it removed if it turns into chalazion. Then you consult ophthalmologist for that.
