The right eye has pimple inside, it's reddish and also paining. Below Right eye there is a swelling.

A red, painful swelling near the edge of the eyelid that may look like a boil or pimple is a characteristic feature of stye. It develops from small glands of eyelid. It is self resolving within few days. The most effective treatment is dry hot fomentation. Warm comress or  warm washcloth applied to the eyelid may relieve pain and discomfort. You can take any anti-inflammatory tablet after meals. Avoid rubbing maintain hygeine.

There is infection. Pl use antibiotics eye  drops,and may require oral antibiotics. Pl do Hot phomentation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
