I am 18 year old & suffering from pimple problem .&am on continuous treatment in for 4 year..So am planning to have now lazer treatment.. So please help me out on suggestion to what should I do or straight I go for lazer treatment

If you are having active acne then it is advisable to treat them first. That can be effectively accomplished using a combination of medicines along with chemical peeling.Do meet a Dermatologist who will be able to suggest if LASER is really a feasible treatment an option for you.
