Pilonidal Cyst
Experiencing Episodic drainage of Pus from the cyst ( once in 3 months) since 8 months. No pain, No smell from the pus. Normally I feel a small lump near the tail bone while doing activities like Yoga Do I need to get a drainage treatment or a surgery?

Yes it's a pilonidal cyst and will require surgical excision. Incision and drainage will not be sufficient. The entire sinus tract needs to be excised and will need repair by primary closure or flap. You can wait till the lockdown is over and consult a surgeon regarding the same.

Yes it's  pilonidal  sinus , trim the hairs in the concerned area , long hairs is known to aggravate  the condition , yes surgical removal is the ideal treatment
