Pilondial cyst treatment
If i have infected pilondial cyst what are the other treatment options other than surgery as other doctor have gave anti biotics but not much releif and said if it will not get treated then will have to perform surgery but the cyst is not big and i guess that can be treated with local incision process so needed a second opinion.

Pilonidal cyst even if small has a deep tract , which needs to be removed for complete treatment .
