Pilodinal cyst ( dent)

I came across the pilodinal cyst few weeks a back...some professional told its a sacral dimple but my schedule includes sitting for long hours and it hurts sometime. Lately I have noticed streaks on my underpants which may be pus or blood from the cyst. Whom should I consult?
