I got my d and c pathology report as pill endometrium is it serious issue.. i am worried .. will they give medicines to cure please help.. is it due to hormonal changes

This is not uncommon in OC pills/ hormonal contraceptives pills usage for prolonged time
Stoppage of pills for few cycles is usually sufficient
