Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can ask her to apply ruticool cream using the applicator as per the instructions.
She has to drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
High fiber diet is suggested.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
