Hi Naresh. Usually pain while passing stool is due to Fissure in Ano. It can sometimes be due to inflammed external hemorrhoids. Both the conditions are curable. And the above conditions commonly occur in people who strain in toilet due to constipation. Advise 1 : Don't strain in toilet. 2. Sit in warm water for 15 minutes 3 times a day for a week 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take fruits and vegetables and green leaves in your diet. 5. Visit a surgeon.
Next Steps
Visit a surgeon for accurate diagnosis.
