Piles resurfaced from 3 years, heavy pain
My brother ,31, had piles problem since childhood.. it was dormant all these years, but from the last 3-4 years it has resurfaced,is frequent, and is affecting daily work. Don't know whether this affects piles, but my brother is a heavy drinker (8 PM- 180 ml+ 90 ml everyday, weekends double dose) and smoker (15 cigarettes)as well, not ready to give up. Huge stress also (family, finance, personal). Request you to please give remedy 🙏
