Piles problem
My dad suffering from piles since 30 days, he met a doctor in jagtial and the doctor said that operation is mandatory. So please let me know is there any treatment without surgery.

Hello,medical treatment to avoid piles include,, having high fibre diet,, which include lot of vegetables and fruits avoid all sweets and refined carbohydrate diet, can use prescription stool softners to avoid too much pressure while passing stools, can use smuth ointment which can be applied over (external piles) which strengthens the veins and sitz bath (sitting in warm water) will help, if not controlled by methods and piles are large or internal then surgery is the option.
