Piles problem
I broke my tibia bone i went a surgery 20 days back I'm completely bedridden i can't change the sleeping position too I've to elevate the leg always, for a week i have pain on anus, and also burning sensation while passing stool and also paining in anus, what should i do? I can't visit any hospital for now due to my leg, I'm taking blood thinner daily as prescribed by my orthopedic doctor

First thing ,try to logg roll regularly ,otherwise You may develop bed sores . Get Air mattress . Second thing , for anal pain take plenty of fluids ,high fibre diet ,avoid nonveg diet , apply Anobliss ointment locally in anal region ,and take syprup lactulose 15ml bed time everyday till you get time to visit a doctor who will  do local examination n find a cause

This is more likely due to Anal fissure Caused due to low mobility and blood thinners Take plenty of fiber and fluids Avoid non veg  spicy fried food Try doing sitz bath 2 times daily Apply ano-metrogyl/ smuth ointment locally
