Piles problem
I am having piles, looks like bubbles getting pain and inconvenience to every day living, is there any precautions to take or not to cure such problem, please suggest.

Fibre rich diet, plenty of fluids, avoid oily spicy food, avoid constipation
PRACTICE SITZ BATH DAILY(take warm water in a tub add betadine solution to it and sit inside the water for 20minutes)
If symptoms persist consult a general surgeon
