I am facing a piles problem from last 1 yr so please suggest can i do the operation if no then what i can i do

If you are diagnosed with piles you have to consult general surgeon in person.. after examination doctor will decide if surgery is required... Meanwhile avoid oily spicy food, add fibre rich diet, avoid constipation,drink plenty of fluids and practice SITZ BATH...
