Piles problem
Hi, my father is suffering from piles since 10 years and few years ago once surgery is done but after that again it started created issues . Now a days he is having too much problem like pain and it's bloody so blood comes while passing stool . Please suggest what to do . He has tried medicines from many doctors but no cure or relief . Pls doctors help me with the solutions. What he has to do. To whom he should consult for permanent solution by taking proper treatment. He is thinking for surgery again but I don't think it is cure permanently. Pls advise .

Piles occure around anal ring in different positions. So piles can reccur at different position
If it is bleeding , please see that you pass soft stool daily. Take fresh leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. If required take one tablet Dulcoflex at bedtime.
If the problem is in advanced stage surgery is only option.

Please nothing to worry and your father needs proper diet restriction and try to get the diet chart after consulting the dietician.
You have to consult general surgeon and discuss the problem with him and try to get the statement and if you want any details please call me and I'll explain you how to proceed

Nothing to panic.. Get a physical examination from general surgeon and he can advice you further investigation and treatment.. meanwhile let him take plenty of fluids, fibre rich diet, avoid oily spicy food, avoid constipation, PRACTICE SITZ BATH DAILY.
