If its recurrent, need to consult ayurvedic ksharsutra expert or surgeon till u consult warm buttermilk by adding ajwayan n cumin seeds.. seat in warm water for 20min twice a day by application of mix of coco oil n camper

Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.Drink lots of water,more than 2 litres per day.Avoid non-vegeterian and spicy food. Take a laxative every day like a Isabgul containing preparation,once or twice a day till your stools are soft.You should consult a Surgeon who will get to the root of the problem. Sitting for sometime in a sitz bath is very helpful

Hi sit every morning on sitz bath n take liquid cremaffin daily night 2 spoons. Eat lots of fibrous diet
