I have severe pain in piles. Now I can't even sit as it hurts a lot. Bleeding is also there. I am suffering from this problem for past 2 weeks. There is also a lose skin around anus.

go for surgical opinion. meanwhile , take stool softeners and apply local anaesthetic gel to ease the pain.
